
Annette Raggette, Vice President, Oliver Bell, Inc. & Managing Partner, Leader Learning Group
Ms. Raggette is Vice President of Oliver Bell, Inc and one of the founders and managing partners of Leader Learning Group, Inc. (“LLG”). Ms. Raggette is a management consultant specializing in labor relations, conflict resolution, and organizational effectiveness. She is a trained mediator and is certified in Managing Workplace Conflict. While she has experience in a wide range of industries, she has significant expertise in healthcare and led the Healthcare Practice Group of a leading labor relations consulting firm. Ms. Raggette began her career in the public/nonprofit sector working in such positions as Director of Community Development and Federal Programs and as a legislative aid to a member of the U.S. Congress.
Ms. Raggette received a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and continues to guide senior leaders in areas of conflict resolution and organizational effectiveness. For more than15 years Ms. Raggette has assisted organizations with their labor relations challenges and to become better stewards of their human capital. This includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources for a $2.2B entertainment company.
Her commitment to community and public service includes a tour of service in the U.S. Peace Corps and serving on the Harvard Journal of African American Public Policy Editorial Board, the Harvard Club of Austin Schools and Scholarship Committee, Easter Seals Regional Board of Directors, Workforce Investment Board, Iberia Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors, and Scott and White Healthcare Advisory Board. In 2003, Texas Governor Rick Perry appointed Ms. Raggette to the Texas Medical Board. In 2009, The Texas Supreme Court appointed her to the State Bar of Texas Board of Directors. Ms. Raggette, who teaches Sunday school at her local church parish, lives in Austin with her husband and daughter.
