Kristin Anderson, Vice President, Oliver Bell, Inc. & Managing Partner, Leader Learning Group 

Ms. Anderson is Vice President of Oliver Bell, Inc. and a Managing Partner for Leader Learning Group, Inc. (“LLG”), the training subsidiary of Oliver Bell, Inc. Together with her partners, Ms. Anderson founded LLG to respond to an increasing demand for high-tech solutions to helping organizations cultivate a long-term, self-sufficient plans for protecting an organizations union-free status.  Ms. Anderson is an energetic and engaging instructor who has written numerous management training programs and personally trained thousands of supervisors on best practices for how to manage others and develop meaningful relationships in the workplace.

Ms. Anderson began her formal career in labor relations in 1998 after joining her family’s business, PTI Labor Research, Inc. Mentored by her father, nationally-renowned labor relations expert, F. Stuart Keene, Ms. Anderson learned the business of keeping companies union-free the best possible way – on the front line of hundreds of union campaigns.   In 2001, Ms. Anderson joined her father in founding The Keene Group, a labor relations consulting firm offering services in union avoidance and union prevention preparedness through the development of front line supervisors.  Ms. Anderson’s consulting experience includes conducting, on behalf of management, extensive research and strategy development for hundreds of union campaigns across the United States.  In 2006, before founding LLG, Ms. Anderson joined the Texas Division (Randalls/Tom Thumb) of the Fortune 500 grocery retailer, Safeway, Inc.  Her responsibilities and accomplishments included advising senior management on all aspects of employee relations including developing high-level strategy for union avoidance and Employee Free Choice Act response strategy.

Ms. Anderson is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Certificate in Business Administration.  Ms. Anderson’s charitable endeavors include an appointment as the Vice-Chairman of the Advisory Council for The Salvation Army Boys and Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Houston where she also sits on the Children’s Education Committee. Her passion is helping children realize the dream of a higher education.   Ms. Anderson lives in Houston, Texas with her husband and two children.
